Like we said, these are pretty low-tech devices so there isn’t much to worry about with them. We mostly take into account appearance, the size and quality of the screen, and how easy they are to set up and and travel with.
Portability: Every magnifying screen we recommend can be folded up when not in use and is lightweight, making it easy to tuck into a carry-on bag or carry with you to the back porch for an outdoor theater moment.
Magnification: Phone magnifying screens generally enlarge the size of the picture by double or up to three times its original size. Importantly, the magnification should increase the size without distorting or otherwise diminish picture quality.
Picture Quality: The quality of the screen matters when it comes to accurately reproducing the image on your phone. Look for quality acrylic lens material designed to create HD images.
